The problem is almost never the size

When your feet hurt on the slopes, it is rarely because the boot is too small. It is volume in the wrong places: a high instep, an arch that collapses every time you put weight on it, a heel that lifts. The boot squeezes where it shouldn't and leaves room where it should hold. So you buckle it tighter, and the pain gets worse.

The usual reflex is to go up a size. That is exactly the opposite of what you need: more volume means more movement inside the boot, and more places for it to rub.

The scan comes first

We start with a 3D scan of your foot: length, width, instep height, arch shape, heel geometry. What comes out is not a shoe size, it is a map. It explains why a particular boot hurt you last season, and what needs correcting.

The footbed, then the liner

The heat-moulded footbed supports your arch. Your foot stops collapsing, pressure spreads across the whole sole, and the boot can be buckled less tightly while holding you better. The liner is then heated and moulded directly to your foot: it shapes itself around the sensitive areas instead of squeezing them.

Allow an hour. It is the difference between a week of skiing and a week of thinking about your feet.
